The easiest way to reach the Atomium is by metro.
Take Line 6 in the direction of Heysel / Heizel. From the station, the Atomium is about a 5-minute walk through the park. The route is flat and well signposted, making it suitable for visitors of all ages.

Several bus routes serve the Heysel area.
The most convenient are lines 84 and 88, which stop near the park and connect the Atomium to surrounding districts. Bus travel is ideal for short local journeys.

Two tram lines stop close to the Atomium:

Both stop at Heysel, within walking distance of the venue. Trams are a good option if you are staying in neighbourhoods not directly connected to the metro.

Several paid parking facilities are available nearby, including car parks serving the Heysel complex. From there, the Atomium is a short walk.
